Real-Time Machine Control
The computer doesn't just run software — it drives the machine. Every axis movement, every laser pulse, every G-code instruction flows through the computer in real time. Latency is not acceptable.
Factory Floor Conditions
Metal dust, heat, vibration, and continuous 24/7 operation. Consumer and office PCs fail within months. The machine's embedded computer must outlast the machine itself.
Operator Interface
