Electronics Engineer
We are looking for an Electronics Engineer to join our hardware team, working on the design, prototyping, and testing of Mini PCs, embedded systems, and industrial computing hardware.
Key Responsibilities
- Design schematics and PCB layouts using KiCad
- Write and debug firmware for microcontrollers, primarily RP2040 and Arduino-based platforms
- Build and test prototypes; perform hardware bring-up and validation
- Source and evaluate components; coordinate sampling and vendor qualification
- Perform manual soldering and rework of SMD and through-hole components
- Conduct electrical testing and root-cause analysis of hardware failures
- Document designs, test procedures, and engineering changes
Requirements
- BE/BTech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Hands-on experience with KiCad
- Proficiency in microcontroller programming using RP2040 and/or Arduino
- Strong soldering skills including SMD components
- Experience with test equipment: oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analysers
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with x86 hardware or PC platform bring-up

Quality Assurance Engineer
We are looking for Quality Assurance Engineers to support quality inspection and testing of Mini PCs, industrial computers, and embedded systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming components and assembled Mini PCs
- Perform functional testing of hardware, BIOS, OS installation, and I/O ports
- Assist in burn-in, stability, and basic performance testing
- Identify and report defects and quality issues
- Update and manage QC-related data in the company's custom ERP
- Coordinate with production and R&D to resolve quality issues
- Follow ESD, safety, and internal quality procedures
- Support audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Engineering
- Experience in electronics, PC hardware testing, or QC
- Understanding of PC hardware, BIOS, and Windows/Linux OS
- Comfortable using ERP or internal software systems (training provided)

Assembly Technician
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform product assembly using bench drill, electric screwdriver, adaptor testing machine, and cutting/grinding tools
- Install operating systems and perform basic software setup as required
- Print and apply barcodes to products and components
- Use the company's manufacturing application for recording production data and tracking work orders
- Follow safety procedures, manufacturing guidelines, and standard operating practices
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
Requirements

Inventory & Logistics Executive
Responsible for managing daily warehouse and stock operations, supporting production through timely BOM issue, coordinating logistics, and handling local procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Warehouse: Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels; conduct cycle counts and reconciliation; ensure proper labelling, storage, and scanning of materials.
- Production Support: Prepare and issue BOMs for production on schedule; track consumption and return of production materials.
- Logistics: Manage inward and outward shipments β receiving, inspection, documentation, and dispatch; liaise with couriers and freight providers.
- Local Purchasing: Source and purchase local materials; obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and maintain supplier records.
- Expense & Documentation: Record daily operational expenses; prepare expense claims and reports; maintain filing of invoices and receipts.
Requirements
- Basic experience in inventory, storekeeping, or logistics (fresh candidates considered)
- Able to handle physical work such as lifting small items or organising shelves
- Familiar with basic Excel or simple inventory software

Software Developer β Manufacturing & Inventory
We are looking for a Software Developer to build, maintain, and personally operate the internal software stack that runs our manufacturing floor. You will not just write the code β you will use it daily alongside the production team, own the workflows end to end, and continuously improve them based on what you observe on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web-based manufacturing and inventory management applications using Python and Flask
- Build and operate interfaces for barcode scanning workflows: goods inward, component tagging, and stock movements
- Develop and run boardtest automation tools for hardware QC
- Implement and operate BOM issue, return, and consumption tracking for production
- Build and manage boxing and dispatch workflows integrated with shipment tracking
- Source electronic components and peripherals: identify suppliers, obtain quotations, evaluate alternatives, and coordinate procurement
- Maintain and improve the Zoho Books sync pipeline for inventory and accounting
- Design and build internal reporting dashboards and operational reports
- Work directly with the production and QC teams to understand requirements and iterate quickly
Requirements
- BE/BTech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or Electronics Engineering
- Proficiency in Python and Flask
- Experience with Bootstrap for frontend development
- Familiarity with AWS (DynamoDB, S3, or similar services)
- Ability to read component datasheets and evaluate technical fit for procurement decisions
- Comfort working in a small team where you own features end to end
Preferred Skills
